学院介绍
南京大学生物医学工程学院于2025年12月正式成立,定位为以生命科学为基础、面向医学技术与临床需求的世界一流新工科学院,致力于打造“中国特色、南大风格”的医工交叉创新高地,推动科研、育人与产业深度融合。依托南京大学的学科优势和苏州的产业生态,学院将在苏州校区布局超3万平方米科研空间,建设基础研究和技术发展平台、工程和临床转化开发平台、动物试验开放平台。规划5年内初步建成一支90人左右、结构多元化的高水平师资队伍和100名左右高水平工程师、博士后和专职科研人员在内的科研队伍。目标在未来五至十年内,把学院建设成为国家战略任务和区域产业升级的重要策源地和教育创新试验区,为我国制造业高质量发展和健康中国战略提供可持续的人才供给与智力支持。

招聘岗位设置
南京大学生物医学工程学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事生物医学工程领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准/长聘教授、副教授、助理教授若干名;特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括:生物材料与制造、类器官与器官芯片、生物电子、脑机接口、医学成像、医疗仪器与机器人、多组学和生物信息学。

应聘条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规,热爱教学科研事业;
2.具有良好的师德师风,恪守学术道德,勤勉工作,无犯罪记录,无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录;
3.一流的学术背景:具有相关学科领域的博士学位,具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验,熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。原则上,申请准聘助理教授岗位要求博士毕业从事学术研究2年以上,申请准聘副教授岗位要求博士毕业从事学术研究4年以上;申请正教授岗位者,应在其研究领域内展现出持续卓越的学术成就和显著影响力,并在世界一流高校或研究机构担任终身制副教授(或以上)或相当职位;
4.出色的教学能力:应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力,掌握良好的教学方法,具有较强的语言表达能力;
5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有原创性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。
6.申请准聘助理教授和副教授岗位,截至招聘公告发布之日未满40周岁(即指1986年1月22日以后出生),以有效期内的身份证件上的日期为准。如申请人已具有副高及以上职称,年龄可适当放宽;
7.身体健康。

About the School
Founded in December 2025, the Nanjing University School of Biomedical Engineering is a pioneering initiative dedicated to creating a world-class nexus where life sciences, engineering, and clinical medicine intersect. Our mission is to tackle pressing healthcare challenges through pioneering research and to educate the next generation of leaders in biomedical engineering. The School of Biomedical Engineering invites applications for full-time tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels. We welcome scholars in all areas of Biomedical Engineering, with particular interest in the following fields:

Qualifications
The applicant should
1.abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
2.abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
3.have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); In principle, the applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.The applicant for FullProfessor should show sustained excellence and significant impact in their field and hold tenured Associate Professorship (or above) or equivalent positions in world-class universities or research institutes.
4.have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
5.demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
6.be in good health.
